A BADLY wounded dead lamb was found at a children's play area in Hereford.
According to Herefordshire Council, the animal had horrific wounds after being discovered at Prospect Walk in the Tupsley area of the city, with its ear tag removed.
The lamb was quickly removed following the discovery last Tuesday (October 24) and the area disinfected by one of the council's teams.
Anyone with any information about the incident, including any door cam footage from the area, is asked to contact the animal health team by using the online form at herefordshire.gov.uk/business-1-animal-welfare
