AM I alone in noticing the similarity between Mid Bedfordshire and Hereford and South Herefordshire in the 2019 general election?

In Mid Bedfordshire, the Conservatives gained 59.8 per cent of the vote, Labour 21.7 per cent, and the Lib Dems 12.6 per cent. Comparable figures in Hereford and south Herefordshire were: Conservative 61.2 per cent, Labour 21.6 per cent and Lib Dems 12.5 per cent.
Does Labour’s recent victory in Mid Bedfordshire contradict the Lib Dem claim that only they can defeat the Conservatives in rural seats? Should Jesse Norman be worried?
