A QUAD bike spotted being illegally ridden around a Herefordshire town has been seized by police.
The bike was seen being ridden in Bromyard by a plainclothes officer on October 9, a Bromyard Safer Neighbourhood Team spokesperson said.

The team has received reports of the bike being illegally ridden in the town in recent days and already knew who was responsible, the spokesperson said, waiting for him to return home so he could be stopped safely.
The quad bike was seized as the rider did not have a licence or insurance, while the rider was also issued with a Section 59 warning notice under the Police Reform Act 2002.
The warning means that if the rider is stopped again while driving any vehicle in an antisocial manner within the next 12 months, the vehicle will be seized, regardless of whether he has an appropriate licence and insurance.
