AN insight into how cider was made in Herefordshire in the 1600s is to be held tomorrow (Saturday).

Visitors will be able to meet historian and English Civil War specialist Stuart Peachey and his team of re-enactors at the Museum of Cider in Hereford from 10.30am to 4pm.

They will explain what people ate and drank during the period, as well as telling you who Lord Scudamore was and why he was important to Herefordshire's apple history.
