A DRINK-driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught out near Hereford's railway station.
Bradley Buckle entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the alcohol limit when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in August after previously entering a not guilty plea at an earlier hearing.
The court heard from prosecutor John Dove that the 30-year-old had been caught out in Hereford's Station Approach after getting behind the wheel of a Daihatsu Sirion while over the drink-driving limit on April 16.

An evidential breath test revealed he had 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Buckle, of Esmond Road, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £330 for the offence, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when coming to their decision on the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £132 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
