The court heard from prosecutor Paul John that 35-year-old Johnson, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Adrian Roberts, had driven a Suzuki SV1000 in Hereford's Ross Road without due care and attention on June 10 last year.
Johnson, of White House Drive, Kingstone, was fined £280 and received six penalty points for the offence.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
