MORE Herefordshire drivers have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Leigh Martin Rowberry entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 50-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Volkswagen in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A4103 at Leigh Sinton on October 14.
Rowberry, of Margaret Road, Ledbury, was fined £218 and received five penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and an £87 victim surcharge.

Mali Magdalena Richardson-Goll entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 28-year-old Suzuki rider had been caught speeding in a 70 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Ganarew on September 4.
Richardson-Goll, of Llanfynydd, Carmarthen, was fined £200, received five penalty points, and must pay prosecution costs of £90 and an £80 victim surcharge.
Jem Smale was proven guilty of one count of speeding by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 32-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Leyland DAF in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A438 at Bartestree on October 20.
Smale, of Forresters Road, Tenbury Wells, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He must also pay prosecution costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.
