A HEREFORD man has been sentenced after breaking his restraining order to contact a woman.
Dominic Brand appeared before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing in April after entering guilty pleas to two counts of harassment by breach of a restraining order at an earlier hearing.
The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 32-year-old had been made subject to a restraining order by magistrates in Hereford on October 25.
