A BLACKMAIL accused Herefordshire man has been sent to the crown court.
Danny Dyer appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in April accused of one count of blackmail and two counts of harassment.
The court heard from prosecutor Owen Beale that the 34-year-old is accused of making an unwarranted demand with menaces of £1,300 from a woman in Kington between March 23 and April 5, and of causing her to fear that violence would be used against her by his course of conduct, by threatening violence to reinforce a debt between March 23 and April 6.

He is also accused of causing a second woman in Kington to fear that violence would be used against her by his course of conduct, by threatening violence to reinforce a debt between the same dates.
The case was sent to the crown court and Dyer, of Riverview, Hereford, was released on conditional bail.
He will appear before Worcester Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on May 10.
