A HEREFORD man who failed to turn up for unpaid work has been back up before a court.
Connor Lewis James admitted one count of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order when he appeared before magistrates at Hereford's Bath Street Justice Centre in March.
The court heard from the probation service that the 20-year-old had failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by magistrates in Hereford on August 17.

James had failed to attend unpaid work appointments that he had been instructed to attend by his supervising officer on January 24 and February 21.
He had then failed to provide acceptable evidence to cover his absence within five working days, the court heard.
Magistrates varied the existing order and Jones, of Sherrington Drive, Hereford, must now complete a further eight hours of unpaid work.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £30.
