A PIZZA and kebab shop in a Herefordshire market town is up for sale.
Amore Pizza and Kebab House, set in the Old Bus Station in Leominster's Dishley Street, has been put on the market with agents Businews Commercials for £140,000 (leasehold).
The agents said the business, which has a 24-hour alcohol licence, is currently paying a rent of £500 annually and no rates.

The business, set in the home of the former Pizza Pronto, opened in July 2020.
It currently offers a range of kebabs, burgers, pizzas, pizza garlic breads, chicken dishes, wraps, rice boxes, and children's meals, alongside 'Leominster Hoagies', offering both an online and in person ordering service, with delivery available.
Amore currently has a four-star food hygiene rating, according to Herefordshire Council, with inspectors rating it as good in the cleanliness and condition of facilities and buildings and hygienic food handling categories, and generally satisfactory in the management of food safety category.
The last inspection was carried out at the business on November 16, 2022, Herefordshire Council said.
