A HARASSMENT-accused Herefordshire man has been banned from parts of a county town ahead of his trial.
Shane Pickersgill entered a guilty plea to one count of causing criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 and denied one count of harassment by breaching a restraining order when he appeared before a deputy district judge in Kidderminster in January.

The court heard from prosecutor Alinah Iqbal that Pickersgill, who was represented by defence solicitor Edmund Middleton, had, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged, damaged a police vehicle cage cell belonging to West Mercia Police on January 29.
He is accused of, without reasonable excuse, entering a place in Ross-on-Wye which he is prohibited from entering by a restraining order imposed by magistrates in Leeds in September 2021, on January 29.
The case was sent for trial and Pickersgill, who is of Brampton Road, Ross-on-Wye, was released on bail with a condition to abide by an electronically monitored exclusion zone banning him from parts of the town.
He will appear before magistrates in Hereford for trial on March 6.
