A LAKESIDE bar and bistro at a Herefordshire holiday park has been put on the market.
New tenants are wanted for the bar at the Pearl Lake Country Holiday Park in Shobdon, which is being marketed by commercial estate agents Sidney Phillips.
The agents said the premises, which is set on an "upmarket" holiday park in the Herefordshire village is "superbly appointed".
The purpose built premises is fully licensed and includes a large lounge bar, restaurant dining room, and function room with capacity for 120, the agents said.

Private accommodation is available, Sidney Phillips said, while the bar is offered on a nil premium lease, with an annual rent.
The 80-acre family owned Pearl Lake holiday park offers holidaymakers accommodation in static caravans or self catering lodges alongside pitches for tents and caravans.
Campers can try their hand at fishing in the site's natural lake, a round of golf on the site's short course, or a game of bowls, while a play area, football pitch, and BMX track are on offer for younger visitors.
