A COMPANY has told its workers to "show some respect" after vans were pictured "racing" through a flooded Herefordshire village.
People living in Eardisland, which have seen the river Arrow burst its banks and flood the main road through the village, hit out at the company.
Keith Knight shared a picture on Facebook of the two O'Connor Utilities vans driving through the water.

He said: "Massive bow wave just caused by these lads racing through the flood water."

The workers are carrying out fibre telecoms works in the area, Peter Flitcroft from the Manchester head office said.
He said that apologised for people in the village and he had spoken to workers in the local area and told them to "show some respect" when driving through the village.
Eardisland Parish Council warned this morning that people should avoid the village, and Herefordshire Council has now closed the C1035.
