A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been handed a suspended sentence after failing to comply with his community order.

Rafal Nadloch admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in November.

OTHER NEWS:

The court heard the 30-year-old had been made subject to a community order by magistrates in Kidderminster in September 2021 for an offence of failing to provide a specimen to police when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Herefordshire on August 12, 2021.

But, magistrates were told, he had failed to maintain contact with his supervising officer and had failed to notify his supervisor of a change of address, in breach of the order.

The community order was revoked and the original offence resentenced, with magistrates handing Nadloch, who is of no fixed address, a four week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and 40 hours of unpaid work.
