AN ATTACK-accused man has been sent for trial after denying three charges.
Andrew Williams denied one count of assaulting an emergency worker by beating, one of failing to comply with traffic signals, and one of using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 45-year-old is accused of failing to comply with the indication given by a red traffic light while behind the wheel of a black BMW in Hereford's Union Walk on July 1.
