Ledbury Primary School said that it was with great sadness that they had to announce the sudden and tragic death of their beautiful school dog, Bailey.

A letter has been sent to families explaining what has happened, a school spokesperson said.

The school said Bailey has been a "huge part" of their community since 2016, when he was introduced as a school dog by his owner Mrs Haines (formerly Mrs Goodman).
