AN ACCUSED man has been sent for trial over allegations that he broke his criminal behaviour order.

Victor Collett appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in October accused of three counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order and one count of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment.

He was also convicted of one count of sending a letter, communication, or article conveying false information.

The court heard from prosecutor Sara Beddow that the 37-year-old had made phone calls which conveyed information that was false and which he knew or believed to be false for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to West Midlands Ambulance Service on June 14.
