A FORMER barber's shop in a busy Hereford street is up for sale.
The property in Eign Gate is on the market with agents Sunderlands with a £100,000 asking price.
Sunderlands said the three-storey brick terraced property has a traditionally constructed shopfront, opening into Eign Gate, to the ground floor, with a pedestrian door giving access from the street into the retail area.
It includes two further floors above, which the agents said offer development potential with possible uses including offices or accommodation.

Currently the building includes a retail area with storage to the rear on the ground floor, and a basement below.
From the storage room at the back of the ground floor is a staircase leading up to the first and second floors, where there are good-sized rooms.
Sunderlands said the property is close to Superdrug and Trekitt, while several other retailers, primarily European food shops and more local type covenants, are also located in the street, which runs between Hereford's high town and Victoria Street.
