A HEREFORD man has been banned from the roads for five years after he was caught behind the wheel while more than twice the limit.
Kamil Guzy entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 32-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of an Audi A4 in a residential street in Hereford while over the drink-drive limit on August 8.
An evidential breath test revealed Guzy, who had been caught out in Dunoon Mead, in the Belmont area of Hereford, had 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than twice the legal limit of 35 microgrammes.
