A REPEAT offender has been banned from the roads after failing to tell police who was driving their car.

The court heard Jennings had failed to identify the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence to the Chief Officer of Police for Avon and Somerset in Bristol on October 19.
Jennings, of Kenwater Close, Leominster, was disqualified from driving for six months, with magistrates saying disqualification was obligatory due to repeat offending and fined £660. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
