A THIEF has been jailed after stealing while subject to a suspended sentence order.
Tomasz Romanko entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard the 42-year-old had stolen clothing worth £212 from TK Maxx in Hereford on September 9.

The offence put him in breach of a 24-week suspended sentence order, which was imposed by Kidderminster magistrates for theft, drug possession, and weapon possession offences in December 2021.
Magistrates said Romanko, who gave a care of address in Hereford, had shown a total lack of engagement and had breached the order, and the suspended sentence was activated as a sentence of 18 weeks.
