AN ABUSIVE Hereford man has been ordered to carry out unpaid work after harassing a woman.
Avis Vasiljevs entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 41-year-old had pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Hereford, using abusive words to her on at least 10 occasions between May 1 and September 11.
