A HEREFORDSHIRE repeat offender has been banned from the roads after he was caught breaking the limit.
William Francis Binnersley appeared before magistrates in Avon and Somerset after previously entering a guilty plea.
The court heard the 22-year-old had been caught speeding in a 40 miles per hour limit on the M32 Severn Rail Overbridge on November 11.

Binnersley, of Sutton Road, Cross Keys, Herefordshire, was disqualified from driving for three months due to repeat offending, with magistrates saying he had received a reduced ban as he had self-imposed a nine-month ban on himself after finding out about court proceedings and as he is the sole carer for a family member when his parents are away.
He was also fined £147 and must pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
