AN UNLICENSED driver has been fined hundreds by magistrates after he was caught out on the roads in Herefordshire.
Neil Edward Meek, 49, was proven guilty by magistrates in Worcester.

The court heard Meek had been caught driving a Ford Fiesta without insurance or a licence on the A40 at Hildersley in Herefordshire on January 12.
Meek, of Merrivale Lane, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.
