A DRUG-driver has been banned from the roads for more than three years after he was caught out on a main road in Herefordshire.
Declan Barrett entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster after previously entering a not guilty plea.
The court heard the 23-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Mitsubishi Lancer on the A49 at Marlbrook in Herefordshire while over the drug-drive limit on April 21.
