AN UNLICENSED driver has been fined by a court after he was caught out on the roads.
Dean Brown entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Worcester.

The court heard the 19-year-old had been driving an Alpha Romeo Mito in Leominster's Bridge Street without a licence on January 24.
Brown, who is of Merwald Close, Leominster, was fined £40 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
