A HEREFORDSHIRE woman has been found guilty of dumping rubbish at a caravan site.
Lisa Tina Turley was proven guilty of three charges by magistrates in Hereford after entering not guilty pleas.
The court heard the 34-year-old had dumped controlled waste including general household waste and furniture from a property in Madley on land at Openfields Caravan Site in Bromyard without an environmental permit between June 9, 2018 and June 9, 2020.

She had also failed to secure that waste was transferred to an authorised person and failed to complete and retain a written description of the waste to be produced when required by an authorised officer, in breach of environmental regulations.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentencing report to be carried out, and Turley, of Openfields Caravan Site, Bromyard, will appear before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing on August 23.
