A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been fined hundreds after he was caught behind the wheel without a licence or insurance.
Phillip Watkins was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 60-year-old had driven a Suzuki in Hereford's Folly Lane without a licence or insurance on December 18.
Watkins, of Cross Keys, Withington, was fined a total of £880 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.
