AN ACCUSED Herefordshire man has been sent for trial accused of breaking a non-molestation order by commenting and sending friend requests on social media.
Alan Brown entered a not guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 32-year-old is accused of commenting on the Facebook profile of a woman and sending her Facebook friend requests, in breach of a non-molestation order made by a court in Gloucestershire in July 2021.
The case was sent for trial and Brown, of Lea, Ross-on-Wye, will appear before Hereford magistrates on August 8.
