A Mercedes driver was fined after driving with an expired licence in Worcester more than 12 months ago.
Benyounes Houari, of Hill, near Pershore, was caught driving without a valid licence in Spetchley Road, Red Hill, on May 29, 2021.
Houari’s Mercedes was also without a valid MOT at the time.

Appearing before Redditch magistrates, the 45-year-old admitted driving without a licence and MOT, and was fined £40 for each offence.
He has until Wednesday, July 27 to pay the £80 he owes the court.
Court documents say Houari’s guilty plea was taken into account by magistrates when imposing the sentence.
