Landlords in Worcester have been named the second best in the UK.
Analysis of landlord-related tweets in 60 UK cities found only 3.3% of those from Worcester included a complaint.
Only Colchester with a score of 3.2% had fewer Twitter complaints. HouseholdQuotes, which carried out the research, said Worcester’s relatively low average rental price of £573 a month could have helped.
The research says around one in five homes in the UK is rented and that, according to Rightmove, rents have risen by 10.8% in the past year outside of London.
But, according to HouseholdQuotes: “It is up for debate whether landlord antipathy is due to a few bad apples, low industry standards, or ungrateful tenants.”
