A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been fined hundreds after driving without due care and attention on a busy main road.
Kevin Billington was proven guilty in his absence by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard the 64-year-old had driven an Audi A3 without due care and attention on the A44 at Bargates in Leominster on December 20.
Billington, of Green Meadows, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £440 and received five penalty points. He must also pay costs of £110 and a £44 victim surcharge.
