HEREFORD FC have signed young goalkeeper Brad Wade.

The 21-year-old, from Gloucester, is a product of the Rochdale youth academy and has been on contract at the club for the past two seasons.

He has previously spent spells on loan at Barrow and Guiseley where he played a host of matches in three loan spells.

“Brad is exceptional with his feet and is a very confident young man," Hereford manager Josh Gowling told the club's website.

"He believes in himself and is going to be a big character in the dressing room.

"He is an excellent shot-stopper and will come and collect things in his box.”

Wade is the third new addition to the Hereford squad after Zak Lilly and Tyrone Barnett
