A BANNED man was caught behind the wheel on a busy main road in Herefordshire.
Mark Jolly entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 44-year-old had been caught driving a Volkswagen Polo while disqualified on the A49 at Leominster on May 31.

He was also driving without insurance, the court was told.
Jolly, of Cheaton Close, Leominster, was disqualified for 12 months and fined £160. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
