A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been fined hundreds for illegally using a blue disabled parking badge.

The court heard the 37-year-old had been caught unlawfully using a blue disabled parking badge in Hereford's Commercial Road in circumstances where a concession would have been available to a disabled person.
Goodwin-Evans, of Eardisley, Herefordshire, was fined £220 and must pay costs of £364.35 and a £34 victim surcharge.
