AN UNLICENSED driver was caught out on the roads in Herefordshire, a court has heard.
Gheorghe-Cosmin Bujoreanu was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard the 28-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Peugeot 307 without a licence in Bluebell Close, Ross-on-Wye, on November 8.
Bujoreanu, of Belle Vue Road, Cinderford, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
