A HEREFORD company director has been fined by a court after failing to deliver information to Companies House.

Antoinette Boateng was proven guilty in her absence by magistrates in Cardiff.

The court heard Herefordshire company director Boateng had failed to deliver a confirmation statement before the end of the period of 14 days after the end of a review period, contrary to the Companies Act 2006 on June 30 last year.

Boateng, who is 42-years-old, is the sole director of Neo State Ltd, which is based in Kington and describes itself on Companies House as a management consultancy business.

Boateng, of Bridge Street, Kington, was fined £220 and must pay costs of £75 and a £34 victim surcharge.
