A MAN has been sent to the crown court for trial accused of exposing his genitals in Hereford and Devon.

Benjamin Clarke appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster accused of five offences.

The court heard the 36-year-old is accused of deliberately exposing his genitals with intent that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress in Hereford on May 26 and 27.

He is also accused of deliberately exposing his genitals with this intent that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress in Jacobstowe in Devon on May 25 and in Winkleigh in Devon on two occasions on the same date.

Clarke, who is of no fixed address, was remanded in custody and will appear before Worcester Crown Court for trial on June 26.
