HOW they think this is a good way to utilise the space I will never know (Debenhams plans, Hereford Times, May 26)!
Rather than waste space with offices which will just sit there and offer nothing for the high street, how about offering/encouraging brands such as Primark or Matalan here?

Hereford is losing high street shops all the time, but don’t worry, they’ll just fill the space with yet more useless space that will do nothing to encourage people out to spend money in their local high street.
