A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been ordered to carry out more unpaid work after failing to turn up.

Paul Steven Nusser admitted breaching the terms of his community order when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.

OTHER NEWS:

The court heard the 33-year-old, of Ballhurst, Bromyard, had failed to turn up for unpaid work appointments on April 3 and 10 without reasonable excuse.

He had further failed to provide acceptable evidence to cover his absence within five days, in breach of a community order imposed by Hereford magistrates on February 2.

Magistrates ordered the community order to continue, adding a further seven hours of unpaid work.
