The court heard the 33-year-old, of Ballhurst, Bromyard, had failed to turn up for unpaid work appointments on April 3 and 10 without reasonable excuse.
He had further failed to provide acceptable evidence to cover his absence within five days, in breach of a community order imposed by Hereford magistrates on February 2.
Magistrates ordered the community order to continue, adding a further seven hours of unpaid work.
