MORE Herefordshire drivers have been fined by magistrates after failing to tell police who was driving their car.
Michelle Impey, 35, was proven guilty by magistrates in Newcastle Under Lyme.
The court heard Impey had failed to identify the driver of a car who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Stafford to police on November 7.
Impey, of Park Street, Hereford, was disqualified from driving due to repeat offending and received six penalty points. She was also fined £660 and must pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.

Louise Nicholls, 52, was proven guilty by magistrates in Llanelli.
The court heard Nicholls had failed to identify the driver of an Audi Q3 who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence to police in Powys on December 28.
Nicholls, who is of Clos Pwll Llestri, Hay-on-Wye, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge,
