Hereford Magistrates
A HEREFORDSHIRE attacker has been banned from contacting his victim after an assault.
Lukasz Kucinski entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 39-year-old Herefordshire man had assaulted a woman by beating on May 16.
Kucinski, who is of no fixed address, was handed a 12-month restraining order banning him from contacting the victim by any means whatsoever, a 12-month community order, and a £350 fine. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £95 victim surcharge.
