With several local suppliers its food is sourced from around Herefordshire alongside a choice of craft beers and great cocktails.

Its beef comes from Herefordshire butchers Weobley Ash Butcher.

In late 2019 the restaurant underwent a huge transformation, with newly improved kitchen and updated dining space.

When the Covid-19 pandemic hit the Burger Shop opened its car park behind the restaurants for takeaway collections.

This car park later transformed into The Yard, an urban eating and drinking space which can host over 150 people who can order food from three restaurants – The Burger Shop, The Bookshop and now Leaven pizza.

It then went under another refurbishment for 10 days last month and reopened wit new additions to its menu, including milkshakes and sundaes.
