AN ACCUSED man has appeared before the magistrates after alleged offences in Hereford.
Jonathan Hedley denied four charges when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 29-year-old is accused of using violence to enter a home in Hereford's Penhaligon Way on May 2.
He is further accused of assaulting two people, causing both actual bodily harm, and deliberately damaging furniture and other items belonging to one of the assault victims on the same date.
Hedley, who is of no fixed address, will appear before Hereford magistrates for trial on September 8.
