He was caught using his phone while driving in Hereford
A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been fined after he was caught on his phone while driving in a busy Hereford street.
Zeon Dwayne Lawrence was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 23-year-old had been caught using a mobile phone while behind the wheel of a Seat Leon in Hereford's Kings Acre Road on August 24.
Lawrence, who is of Etnam Street, Leominster, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
