A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught in Herefordshire while almost twice the limit.
Malcolm Brace entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 64-year-old had been caught driving a Vauxhall Corsa while over the drink-drive limit in Bullingham Lane, Bullinghope, on April 9.

An evidential breath test revealed he had 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, nearly twice the legal limit of 35.
Brace, of Cradley, Malvern, was fined £276 and disqualified from driving for 38 months. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
