AN ABUSIVE man has been fined after breaching the terms of his community protection notice in Hereford.
Luke Berry entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 28-year-old had used threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm, or distress, in Hereford on April 26.

His behaviour was also in breach of a community protection notice, the court was told.
Berry, who is of no fixed address was fined £80 and ordered to pay compensation of £100. No costs order or victim surcharge was imposed.
