A WINE thief has been up before the magistrates after stealing from a Hereford shop.
Andrew Mills entered a guilty plea when he appeared before a district judge in Kidderminster.

The court heard the 38-year-old had stolen a bottle of wine worth £5.24 from Bargain Booze in Hereford on April 10.
Mills, who is of no fixed address, was ordered to pay compensation of £5.24 and costs of £135. No victim surcharge was imposed as compensation was ordered.
