A MAN has been banned from contacting his victim after an attack in a Herefordshire town.
Adam Smith pleaded guilty when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster after previously entering a not guilty plea.

The court heard the 29-year-old had assaulted a woman by beating in Leominster on April 12.
Smith, who is of no fixed address, was handed a 12-month restraining order banning him from visiting or contacting his victim and an 18-month community order.
